Running a small business can be a lonely existence, so I place myself on your side of the table as a fractional business partner and mentor, working beside you to drive personal discovery, purpose and business/shareholder value.

Starting with the end in mind, I support small business owners like you to; get clear on the long term vision and goals , help reverse engineer a plan and execute it to accelerate business performance and improve your capacity to create life changing wealth events and true prosperity for yourself and the people closest to you.
If you're business is struggling due to tough trading conditions or crippling debt from the post-COVID hangover we can probably help turn things around. Equally, if your business is in great shape and you are looking for investment or strategies to drive value, I can help.

"It all starts with you... Your thoughts, your ideas, your plans and most importantly your execution - Bringing others with you for the ride makes it more fun and turns the impossible into reality"

Singular Purpose
My Journey
The son of a coal miner and a housewife, I was born in 1980 and brought up in the working class heartlands of West Yorkshire with two loving parents, a pest for a younger brother and a continuous mission for something more.
Business was a dirty word in our house... The way you got on in life in my town was to learn a trade and graft harder than the next man, but I always believed there was a better way.

My grandfather passed away after a heart attack at just 59 year old , I was so close to that man and at 14 years old it had a profound impact on the way I viewed the world. I had a real chip on my shoulder and its that which drove me into sales and entrepreneurship at the age of 16, it's what still drives me today - Though with a little more calm and compassion these days.
